We Direct Bill to the following plans: Pacific Blue Cross, Canada Life, Sunlife Financial, Manulife, Desjardins, GroupHEALTH, Johnsons Groups, Industrial Alliance, GreenShield, Empire Life and more.

We are currently accepting new ICBC cases and we do not bill to WSCB.

Location: We are located on the 5th floor of 500-224 Esplanade West, North Vancouver. Please take a seat in the lobby while you wait for your appointment.

Parking: There are 2 complimentary parking spaces (#13 and #14 only). They are marked “HBC Guest 1 hour” and are found on the P3 level behind the building and accessed via the alley between Semish and Chesterfield. If you park in any other spaces you risk being towed without warning. You will need to walk out of the parking garage and around to Esplanade to enter the building. Alternatively, there is paid street parking now in effect located along most of Lower Lonsdale, the app is called Passport Parking. There is more paid parking under Sailor Hagars Brew Pub and Fresh St Market. Please allow yourself time to park.

Since 2015, Alexis has been a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist, blending scientific knowledge with an intuitive and compassionate approach to provide personalized, therapeutic treatments. Her passion for healing is deeply personal, shaped by her own experiences recovering from injuries, including a serious car accident and the physical demands of an active lifestyle. Through manual therapy, home care, and strength training, she helps patients move toward their most functional, pain-free selves.

Outside the clinic, Alexis embraces the outdoors, often hiking, trail running, or mountain biking. North Vancouver’s natural beauty and active lifestyle inspire her daily, and she is grateful to call it home.
